HaCase's professional 19" rack flight cases are designed to provide absolute safety for sensitive 19" electronics during demanding transport. Whether you're moving audio equipment, wireless systems, amplifiers, or IT servers, our racks eliminate the risk of damage, extend the lifespan of your equipment, and ensure it's ready to run the moment you open the lid.
We build on maximum flexibility. Every rack case is manufactured precisely to order from high-quality materials, with a choice of hardware, plywood thickness, and castor configuration.
To meet the specific needs of every project, we can design and build practically any rack case construction:
A classic, proven design with removable front and rear lids. The ideal choice for standard installations and equipment that doesn't require specific space-saving features when the case is open.
A premium, highly practical solution for demanding touring use and tight spaces. This type features a unique mechanism where, once removed, the front and rear lids simply slide into the sides of the case itself. You'll never again have to figure out where to stash the lids backstage, and you'll save valuable space on stage or in the production vehicle.
Advanced protective cases where the inner frame is suspended on anti-vibration mounts or special isolation elements. This is uncompromising protection for the most delicate equipment, built to withstand even rough handling during air freight or truck transport.
We design our rack transport cases with the real-world needs of professionals across industries in mind. They typically find use in the following areas:

Case body
Highly durable birch plywood in various thicknesses (e.g. 7 mm, 9 mm, up to solid 12 mm laminated panels for extreme loads), available in a wide range of colors and surface finishes.

Professional hardware
We use only top-tier industrial components such as recessed butterfly latches, ergonomic handles, and solid aluminum edge profiles.

Base and mobility
Racks are supplied either in a static version (with rubber feet) or fitted with heavy-duty castors (typically 100 mm swivel castors, two of them with brakes) mounted on a reinforced base plate.

Interior layout
Option to integrate fixed or pull-out shelves and drawers, rack rails on the front and rear, ventilation grilles, or foam inserts.
Everything under one roof
s direct manufacturers, we control the entire process from the initial 3D design through to final assembly. We can flexibly respond to non-standard dimensions, specific equipment cooling requirements, or a combination of rack and foam inserts for accessories.
