Custom Foam Inserts for Maximum Protection of Your Equipment

Every piece of equipment is different, and every transport carries its own risks. That's why we shape foam inserts to match the exact contours of your gear, not a generic template. The result is protection you can rely on, whether your equipment is heading out on tour, to a job site, or across the continent.

Why Custom Foam Beats Off-the-Shelf

A standard insert from a catalogue never fits properly. Gaps appear, equipment shifts inside the case, and the risk of damage grows with every mile traveled. A custom-shaped foam insert removes that risk entirely. Each item gets its own precise cutout, held firmly in place, with no room to move during impacts or vibration.

Our Production Process

  1. Consultation and measurement
We start by understanding what equipment you're transporting, how often, and under what conditions. If needed, we measure your equipment directly or work from technical drawings you provide.

  2. Insert design
We design the layout so your equipment is held securely while still being easy to access.

  3. CNC manufacturing
The insert is cut from high-quality foam on precision CNC machines, with tolerances measured in millimeters, not estimated by eye.

  4. Inspection and handover
Before delivery, we check the finished insert against your actual equipment or its exact specifications.

Materials and Quality

We select foam materials built to handle repeated stress over the full lifespan of your equipment. Density and foam type are chosen based on the weight, shape, and sensitivity of what's being protected, from lightweight electronics to heavy technical assemblies. That means lasting protection that won't compress or deform after a few months of regular use.

Suited for a Wide Range of Equipment

We design custom foam inserts for lighting and audio gear, cameras and broadcast equipment, measurement and diagnostic instruments, precision tools, and sensitive electronics. Across every industry, the task is the same: getting your equipment safely from point A to point B, reliably and repeatedly.
